Search for a potential candidate on our platform or invite them to join. Once they join, they will be required to enter their resume and important personal information, which both you and your client company will be able to view.
WorkFrater has many automated interviews for staffing agencies. While the website is recording his webcam, our a.i will ask him relevant questions. The video will then be available for you and your client company will be able to see. You can also decide to interview him yourself. The video will also be available for your client company. This way, your client company will know a lot about a potential temporary worker.
We offer a wide range of tests that you can assign to your candidates on our platform. The candidate can complete the test while the website records their webcam and screen.
