The platform offers a variety of assessment tests that employers can use for evaluating candidates. While candidates complete their tests online, the system records both their webcam feed and screen activity, storing the video on our server. This video will be accessible in your video section for viewing or download. Additionally, a PDF report will be generated, including key stats such as the time taken to complete the test, the candidate's score, answers to each question, and more. Global statistics like average and median scores, the number of participants, pass/fail rates, etc., will also be included, allowing you to compare your candidate’s performance to others who have taken the test.

The person you want to test may not have a WorkFrater account. Our platform will send a unique URL to your candidate’s email, allowing them to complete the test without needing to register on the website. You will still receive the exam videos, results, and the detailed PDF report. Similarly, you can include the test of your choice in your job postings. To apply for your job offer, candidates will be required to complete the selected exam.

With our online exams, you also have access to online interviews to assess more the qualifications and the goals of your candidates. The platform has an innovative interview system that will ask questions to your candidate while the website records the video. You can use our pre-programmed questions according to the job field you have chosen or/and add your own questions to the lot. After the online interview is over, the video will be available on your job offer pages and you will be able to watch the videos of all your candidates.

Your candidate may not have a WorkFrater account. You can create an interview profile with the specific questions required for your job and enter the candidate's email. WorkFrater will then send an email with a link to the interview page containing your questions. The candidate will still be able to complete the interview, and you will be able to watch and download the video afterward.

You can also create a bundle of interviews and assessment tests for your candidate to complete in one session. For example, you might require them to undergo an interview on IT questions, another on written English, followed by two assessments on Java and C++. Once your candidate receives the link, they will be able to complete the interviews and tests, and all the results will be available on your profile.
