Our platform provides a wide range of functionalities for your school and students. This page offers an overview of how you can use the platform to enhance online classrooms, attract employers seeking interns and candidates, and much more.
WorkFrater offers a comprehensive range of solutions to support your teachers and students, both in the classroom and when it's time for your graduating students to secure internships or launch their careers. Here is what the Platform offers:
Here is what we offer to school with online classrooms
Controlled classrooms for teachers
WorkFrater offers a comprehensive platform for video calls and online classrooms. Teachers can use this platform to create safe and controlled learning environments. The platform includes the ability to record both the screen and webcam of every student during a class session. These recordings are accessible for teachers to review and download as needed.
This functionality is particularly valuable during assignments or exams, ensuring that students do not access websites that provide overly easy answers or solutions. Additionally, it helps prevent students from communicating with each other via messaging or social media apps during exams, maintaining the integrity of the evaluation process.
Advanced online exam questions
WorkFrater offers a robust set of features tailored for online exams. Teachers can create exams with questions accessible exclusively to students in their classroom. The platform supports various question types, including text-based responses, multiple-choice questions, and matching or association tasks. Teachers can also define a specific time frame during which the exam will be accessible.
During the exam, the platform records both the webcam and the screen of each student taking the test. After the exam, teachers have access to these recordings, enabling them to review everything that occurred on the student’s screen as well as monitor the student and their surroundings simultaneously. This ensures a secure and transparent examination process.
Other online capabilities
The platform also allows teachers to fully record their lessons. Students can access these recorded lessons, along with previous ones, directly on the classroom page.
The classroom page offers a variety of features, including a chat section for discussions, a file section where teachers and students can upload and share files, and a video section containing all the recorded lessons. This ensures students have access to all the resources they need for effective learning.
Here is what we offer to schools seeking internship and employment opportunities for their students:
A section for internships and job seekers for your school
Your school page includes a section where a list of all students in your school seeking internships or employment opportunities can be displayed. When an employer or recruiter visits your page, they can navigate to this section to search for potential interns or job seekers.
Students listed in this section have the option to participate in an online interview, where they answer questions about their academic journey and prior professional experiences. The interview videos are locked by default, and if an employer wishes to view them, a message is sent to the student requesting authorization to grant access.
Employer/students interactions
Employers visiting your page can chat with and video call your students either individually or in the group. They can also utilize the various tests available on the site to assess the students' skills. Students can take these assessment tests, and as usual, the website will record both their screen and webcam during the process. The employer only needs to press a few buttons to send the test that he wants to the student.
After the exam is completed, an automatic PDF report is sent to the employer containing various relevant statistics about the exam. These include the time it took the student to complete each question, their scores, and other key metrics. This allows the employer to easily evaluate which students are sufficiently competent for an internship or a new job.
