It can be challenging for an employer to assess a candidate's qualifications based solely on a CV and a brief interview. Even after multiple interviews, an employer may still have doubts about whether the candidate possesses the necessary qualifications for the job.
Even if a company has its own internal exam system or uses online assessments, candidates can still find ways to cheat. Many employers rely on online tests to evaluate their candidates' skills. Platforms like LinkedIn and Indeed offer such tests, but it’s often very easy for candidates to cheat and earn their badges.
Candidates can easily cheat by using modern AI chatbots like ChatGPT or by seeking help from a more experienced person during the test. They can even share their screen via platforms like Zoom or Google Meet while completing the exam.
WorkFrater has developed a solution to help employers accurately assess a candidate’s qualifications. Here are the main points:
The website will record the candidate's screen while they are taking the test. The website will record the whole screen not just the tab of the website. You will exactly know what your candidate did during the whole duration of the exam.
The website will also record the candidate's webcam during the test. If the user disconnects their webcam, the exam will be automatically canceled.
Our platform will merge the two videos into one, featuring the screen with the test on one side and the webcam feed on the other. Users can watch the video on the site or download it.
Our team will review every video, and if any anomalies are detected—such as the user leaving the webcam's field of vision or looking away—the exam will be canceled.
If there is no anomaly, the video will be available for you to watch. A pdf file will also be available below the video with stats on the exam.
